Payment and refunds
Stripe processes all payments. This site never sees your card number.
Raise Intensive guarantee. The offer page promises this, and these terms honor it: if you put in the reps and don't have 10 investor meetings booked at day 30, the fee is refunded. No negotiation. "Put in the reps" means you did the agreed work: the outreach, the sessions, the follow-ups.
Coaching programs and the guide. The 30-day money-back guarantee on the homepage applies: within the first 30 days of a coaching program or a guide purchase, email and you get a full refund. After 30 days on a coaching program, the success guarantee applies instead: if you're not seeing the results you expected, the coaching continues at no extra cost.
On the Raise Intensive's day-60 line. The day-30 meetings rule above is the binding refund condition. The day-60 outcome ("1 to 3 term sheets") is the target the work aims at, not a second guarantee.
No guarantee of business results
Coaching is advice and structured work, not a result you can buy. Outside the explicit Raise Intensive guarantee above, nothing here promises revenue, funding, or growth. The client outcomes named on this site are real, specific cases. They aren't a prediction of yours. You make the decisions in your business and you own the outcomes.
Intellectual property
The No BS Startup Guide, the frameworks, and everything else published on this site belong to Farzad Khosravi. Buying the guide gets you a personal license: use it for your own company, keep it forever. It doesn't let you resell it, share copies, or republish the content. Quote short passages with credit; that's fine.
Limitation of liability
In plain words: if something goes wrong with a product or program here, the most you can recover is what you paid for it. Neither side is on the hook for indirect losses, like lost profits or lost deals.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape the site to resell its content, don't attack it, and don't impersonate the brand. Plain dealing in both directions.
Governing law
These terms run under the laws of New York, USA. Disputes get resolved there.
Changes and contact
When these terms change, this page changes and the date at the top moves. Questions about any of it: email [email protected].
